Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House in Alberta

"Lunch date with my bestie We hit up Stacked Pancake House. It was phenomenal!! The restaurant is very clean, modern, and inviting. Lots of bold colors and artwork on the walls based around their menu offerings. The menu had so many delicious options I legit decided right then and there that I must come back to try it all. It took us quite a bit to even choose what to order. That's a rare experience for me. I often only find one or two items on a menu that are appealing to my picky senses. Our server was friendly and cheerful. She wasn't kidding when she took our menus and said "it wont be long." They had the plates to us in remarkable time. Servings are plentiful. The food was scrumptious!! You can tell they prioritize quality. I tried their Benedict hash. Im very particular about Hollandaise sauce, and they passed they test with flying colors. Delish!! My toast came freshly buttered, and with a side of homemade, still hot from being cooked, fresh and juicy strawberry jam. Bestie rates her ham n cheese melt a hearty 10/10. Added bonus, the prices cant be beat! A huge helping of really well made food for such a reasonable price. I noticed most meals were between 15 and 20 dollars. Blown away. Our breakfast came to $40 after tax before tip"

"Took management up on their offer to give Stacked another try (see previous review). Since we arrived half an hour before closing, we first checked with the hostess that there was still time to have lunch for two. Happily, she said yes. I ordered a cold dish, the Chicken Avocado Chopped Salad. It is a large serving that could probably make a light lunch for two if accompanied by bowls of soup. A few bites revealed the salad was missing a key ingredient missing: the avocado. Once we alerted our server, she brought avocado in a small container (see photo). Unfortunately, both visits have presented problems with the food. The front end service though, was top-notch, just like our first visit. Edit: I see I have inadvertently replaced my previous review by writing this one. I apologize."

"Tried the butter cookie pancakes and it was probably top three of any breakfast place I’ve been to. Would come here again. Our server Layla was great too, coffee refills quick and often."

"First time trying The Stacked Pancake House in Grande Prairie and it did not disappoint! My coworker had the corn and black bean Benedict, and I ordered the traditional breakfast with gluten-free French toast — it was so delicious. The restaurant was clean, the staff were very thorough and friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the delicious meal!"

"This may be biased as i am a breakfast guy no matter what time lol. But the food is here is soo good! I had the classic big breakfast and my friend got the (i think) southwest eggs benny. The salsa cuts the richness of the hollandaise and egg. It was so good. Although the sauce is a separating a little which shouldn’t be for a breakfast place. Service could be better but nothing to complain about either. The fruit “cup” that comes with the benny is ridiculous though. Look at the photo with the tiny creamer for reference . LOL Will come back for more breakfast food and would recommend."

"I have had the pleasure of being served by multiple wonderful ladies here, each time I left satisfied with the service, my food, and the environment. The owner has even come to check on me many times! My favourite dish so far is the cheeseburger hash. Very creative and tastes amazing. Today I had the express, yum! Deserae was wonderful today as usual! Very impressed with this new establishment in our city! Will be back again soon!!"
